Henna Haroon is a marketing and commercial strategy leader with more than twenty years in technical, high-stakes industries, including aviation, energy, and technology. She rose from analyst to vice president of marketing, building marketing organizations that turned complex products into market presence and growth, including at FlightAware through its acquisition by Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company.

At FlightAware, she built a marketing organization known for results, helping introduce data visualization into the marketing strategy. Her work covers go-to-market launches, data-driven demand generation, and PR and media strategy. In 2024, she founded Henna Haroon & Associates to bring that discipline to technical industries that generalist agencies tend to underserve.

A graduate of the Honors College at the University of Houston, Henna is known for pairing strategic discipline with creative execution. As Founder & CEO, she sets the firm's direction and brings together the operators and advisors behind it, turning their expertise into positioning, demand, and reputation for clients in demanding sectors.
