Henna Haroon is a marketing executive with over 20 years of experience across the aviation, oil and gas, non-profit, and e-commerce industries. With a proven track record in crafting omnichannel marketing strategies, she has consistently driven brand awareness and boosted customer acquisition and retention in both B2B and B2C settings. Over the years, Henna has built and led dynamic teams while spearheading product go-to-market initiatives, media and communication strategies, data visualization projects, and comprehensive website redesigns. She has also perfected the art of delivering exceptional user experiences—from mapping customer journeys and segmentation to executing rigorous A/B testing. In addition, she has orchestrated 360° marketing and communications campaigns, leveraging national TV, radio, digital, print, and earned media to maximize impact.

Tony Merrigan has over 40 years of experience in the aviation sector, having worked with the Irish Aviation Authority in various roles. He began his career as an air traffic controller and progressed to Global Business Development Manager, also managing customer relations with air operators. Tony has collaborated closely with Schuman Associates to develop and expand a public sector sales program, leading numerous EU-funded projects across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Russia. Additionally, he has advised the European Commission directly on aviation and related security issues. Previously, Tony supported Aireon LLC with its Airline Outreach Program. He serves on the boards of multiple international aviation organizations and is based in County Limerick, Ireland.
