Choorah Singh is an airline operations executive with more than twenty-five years of experience across Ryanair Group, Emerald Airlines, and Air India Group, spanning low-cost, regional, and full-service airline and multi-AOC environments. He is an Associate with HH&A, advising airlines on operational excellence, systems and technology, crisis management, and operational transformation, and is also the founder of Ark Advisory, a boutique aviation advisory firm.
He has led operational and digital transformation programmes, airline start-ups and integrations, systems implementation initiatives, and performance improvement programmes at scale. Singh brings deep experience across airline operational systems and technology, including flight planning, crew management, operational control, electronic flight bags, safety, compliance, and performance systems. He has led systems selection processes, vendor evaluations, and development and implementation programmes, helping airlines align technology investment with operational requirements and business objectives.
His experience extends to the wider aviation ecosystem through work with Airlines 4 Europe and the European Commission's Single European Sky initiative and Single European Sky ATM Research (SESAR) programme, supporting the modernisation and reform of European Air Traffic Management. As an airspace user expert he contributed to the European ATM Master Plan and collaborated with airports, air navigation service providers (ANSPs), airlines, OEMs, and technology providers to deliver multi-million euro innovation programmes.
More recently, Singh has focused on helping airlines evaluate opportunities to apply data, automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence within operational environments, through structured readiness assessments, business case development, and implementation planning. He is currently advancing his expertise in applied AI through a programme at University College Dublin.
Singh's broad experience has given him a distinctive perspective on the intersection of airline operations, air traffic management, regulation, and technology, enabling him to help airlines navigate operational change within an increasingly integrated aviation environment.
